Join us at the Chapter Fair Wednesday afternoon immediately after the First Timers Orientation Briefing in the Main Auditorium
Attention: All First Time Attendees
You're encouraged to attend the First Timers Orientation Briefing held on Wednesday at 12:30 PM followed immediately by the Chapter Fair where you can visit with Chapter representatives. We recommend you arrive early Wednesday morning so you can get parked before the activities kick off. Or plan to arrive a day early (Tuesday). The fee for the early day is $30 payable by cash or check only. Looking forward to meeting you at the First Timers Briefing.
Golf Carts: If you will be driving a cart as part of your Jamboree Volunteer Duties, you need to watch the Golf Cart Safety Training video. FRVA has instituted a mandatory safety requirement safety requirement for all persons using a golf cart at FRVA Rallies. This applies to all golf cart operators that carry passengers.
A limited amount of Golf Carts will be available to rent for private use. Please check back frequently for details.
The 36th Annual Western Area Jamboree theme, "Cruisin' USA" was submitted by the "California Heartland" Chapter. Their chapter will have up front seating at Saturday night's entertainment and their treasury will receive a check from WRVA for $100.
